• A good standard of English – both written and verbal • Good time keeping and organisational skills • The ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities • Positive attitude with motivation and drive • A willingness to learn • Team player
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Two recent references
